The latest machines detect both metallic and non-metallic contamination and identify missing, broken or underweight product with a weighing accuracy of ±1%. Four models accommodate products up to 400mm wide and 200mm high, with systems for smaller or large items available to special order.
The units' stainless steel IP65 housing is designed for easy cleaning, while the built-in touchscreen monitor is IP66 sealed for reliable image inspection, machine set-up and operation. Simultaneous inspection of different products and packs does not require system re-setting; all that is needed is a once-only “image-learn' of the products.
