EFI is ready to complete a deal as cash buyer of Radius Solutions, a provider of print management software aimed at the packaging industry.
As part of EFI’s Advanced Professional Print Software (APPS) division, it will add to EFI software tools, UV Inkjet digital presses and inks, and MIS products for the packaging market.

said David Taylor, president and CEO of Radius Solutions. “Our clients will gain a supplier with a global footprint and the additional resources of a tier one organisation," he added.
Radius Solutions is headquartered in Chicago, USA, with operations in Europe.
