Automatic weighing machinery manuafcturer Easiweigh has been acquired by GSHoldings. The deal will enable Easiweigh to continue producing and selling its extensive range of equipment under the Easiweigh brands.
Prior to the acquisition, the GSH Group comprised two trading companies - thermoformed plastic tray and punnet supplier, Infia, and packaging machinery and flexible packaging material supplier to UK supermakets, Verti-Pack.
