Basell and Dor have agreed that Dor should snap up 100% of Shorko Australia Pty, the wholly owned PP film business of Basell Australia [Holdings] Pty. The sale, which is subject to regulatory approval, should be complete this month. Dor is part of the Israeli investment group Danker and, at the end of 2001, gained 80% of Basell's Moplefan PP film business. Shorko is the largest Australian manufacturer of BOPP film.
