Control’s software provides manufacturers with the ability to manage and monitor production line performance and product traceability. The sellers of the business, Ralf-Gunter Wean and Herald Herres, will remain as Control Information Technology employees along with all other staff, who will join Domino’s Integrated Solutions Group.
The initial purchase price is €4m in cash, with an additional consideration payable based on the results of the combined Integrated Solutions business over a five-year period.
