Designed for dairies

Linx Printing Technologies’ new continuous inkjet printer, the Linx 4900 DC, is specifically designed for coding dairy products.

Easy to move from line to line, the unit is simple to use and has a printhead and conduit designed to provide reliable performance in traversing applications, where the printhead is moved across multiple lanes on the production line.

The curved design enables rapid washdown in-situ, while other key benefits include “excellent start and stop performance in humid conditions”, with an optional positive air feature, “especially useful in cold environments”; printing at up to 78m/min for two lines of print, and software to support print traversing applications.
