Curtis Packaging had an outstanding year in 2016.

Curtis Packaging at Packaging Innovations

Preparations began in the early part of last year until we eventually found a suitable site for Curtis to move to.  This was a huge decision, but one we had to make having out grown of our premises in Wimbledon we had occupied for the last 40 years.

Moving to Redhill in November went more smoothly than we could have anticipated, fortunately we were delighted to keep all of our loyal staff  and in the process gained two additional members in the Print team due to help run the new press and two more in the Customer Services and Sales team.

Our client base increased further,  being recognized through attending the Packaging Innovations exhibitions last year and also attended three award ceremonies.  After being ‘Highly commended’ at both the Print Week Awards and the Packaging Awards, we then went on to win the ‘Solutions for Packaging’ at the Solutions Awards in November.

2017 brings even more exciting times for Curtis.  Further investments are being made to keep Curtis up to date in the finishing department.  To accompany our additional printing press, provisions are set for another Foil blocker and an additional gluing machine.

Look out for the new Finishing Touches… 2017 collection at Packaging Innovations which is recognized by many brands as the leading reference when deciding on decorative finishes for cartons.

Visit us on stand B43 to collect your Finishing Touches collection and collect our new ‘Packaging for the Senses’ which our visitors never fail to be impressed by!
