France's William Saurin has launched its new Paul Prédault brand Délice Confit meat spreads in easy-open, easy-to-dispense steel cans from Crown Food Europe.
The gold cans are wrapped in cardboard sleeves and contain 125g of chicken, duck or pork liver pâté or meat spread. Crown developed them with a wide top end, "necked out" shape for easier access and dispensing. They also feature Eole-III easy-open ends, incorporated thanks to a new 73mm diameter which Crown says provides compatibility for the first time between a 125g can and easy-open technology.
