An “ultra-efficient” high speed linear counter with intelligent optical eye system for highly accurate counting of fresh or frozen food produce is now available from the UK’s Easiweigh, part of the GSH Group.
With operating speeds of up to 60 packs/min, the Easicount can handle foods in a wide range of shapes and sizes, with the option of up to 12 lanes in differing lane configuration, depending on packaging requirements. Easiweigh says it can fill into any type of container, providing “complete flexibility within any production operation”.
The system is constructed from high quality, robust stainless steel, for high performance and long lifespan, and features quick release contact parts.
