The theme for this year’s North American Users Conference, held by Radius in July, was sustainability. Reducing inefficiencies, re-using knowledge and recycling resources were key areas of focus for sessions during the event.
The keynote speaker, Calvin Frost, CEO of Channeled Resources Group is an expert on sustainability and presented practical ways that companies can incorporate initiatives that foster waste reduction through materials re-use. He also identified cost effective ‘green’ alternatives in adhesive materials.
Additional sessions focused on how re-using knowledge can improve efficiencies and eliminate non-value added activities. Several sessions addressed how leveraging world class business intelligence software could help companies go from reactive business management to proactive business management.
