Norwegian ice cream maker Hennig Olsen’s requirement for a 50 carton/min cartoning machine to pack its new luxury chocolate-covered ice cream bars has been successfully met by Klikok-Woodman.
The line also had to fit into a tight factory space on a very short lead time for a product launch in April.
Kliklok complied with all these requirements, supplying and installing one of its CCI end load cartoners in 6 inch pitch version. The machine was customised with a Siemens control system and built with special transit castors mounted on the sub-frame to enable easy movement around the restricted factory area.
