Coke Enterprises to buy Nordic bottling operations

Coca-Cola Enterprises plans to buy the bottling operations in Norway and Sweden of Coca-Cola Company (Coke), for $822m.

The agreement between the subsidiaries extends to the bottler's North American operations.

The move will make Coca-Cola Enterprises a US-listed company with European operations.
