Sonoco is supplying PJ's Coffee with 1lb. (453.6g) form, fill and seal bags for 26 SKUs of whole bean coffee. The three-layer structure comprises polyester, foil and a polyethylene sealant. When compared with a conventional four-ply structure, the bag requires 10 per cent less material, uses 15 per cent less energy during manufacturing, and has 10 per cent less carbon emissions.
