Buy-out at Wasdell

TD Packaging founder and former managing director Martin Tedham has acquired a majority stake in pharmaceutical contract packer Wasdell Packaging.

New investment is now planned for the company, including a purpose-built facility in Swindon that will be equipped for container and liquid filling, blister packs and sachets. The new facility is scheduled for completion at the start of 2010.

Further investment is also planned for the existing site in Stonehouse.
