Klöckner Pentaplast Ltd, in Crumlin, Wales, UK, has won the 2009 Caerphilly Business Forum Award. The CBF established the award to recognise local businesses that demonstrated outstanding and consistent achiement in the past 12 months.
Klöckner Pentaplast was recognised for its continued commitment to producing high-quality films and innovative solutions to its customers, as well as its dedication to continuous improvement of its business and production processes. In particular, the company was acknowledged for its new state-of-the-art extrusion line that is being installed at this site. This represents an investment of £3 million (€3.4 million).
