Bridging the one-stop shop gap

Beatson Clark can now supply customers with lids, tops and customised caps to accompany its glass bottle designs thanks to Dutch-based sister company Pont Packaging.

Pont has moulds to produce a variety of customised bottle caps specially designed to give products instant shelf-appeal. Through this relationship Beatson Clark can supply caps that incorporate a company logo, in either standard or embossed styles, that come in any pantone colour.

The specialist caps have been designed to fit a range of product types including food and beverages, health and beauty, pharmaceutical and vitamin products. There are also two specialist types, the Veriseal and Unishell. The Veriseal has a perforated design ideal for housing air-fresheners and the Unishell is designed specially for cosmetic and toiletry jars.

Business development manager Doug Parton said: "This means we can now present clients with a finished product with a bottle and lid. Essentially we are now providing a one-stop-shop service. The company's ability to provide customers with a bespoke packaging solution had been key to securing some exciting new contracts outside the UK."
