Kliklok Woodman says its new KWest bagmaker combines fast production speeds, of up to 100 bags/min, with an extra-wide 380mm bag size range in multiple configurations to provide users with one of the market's most versatile vertical form, fill, seal machines.
The system's “innovative” intermittent motion design and standard stainless steel construction will meet a wide variety of cold food applications, says Kliklok.
“The KWest will redefine what refrigerated and frozen food packagers come to expect from a vertical bagmaker,” says Graham Holbrook, general sales manager. “Its enormous bag size range, style flexibility, intuitive interface and user-friendly nature provide the bagmaker with a significant competitive advantage over VFFS equipment from other manufacturers.”
The KWest can be configured to produce conventional pillow pouch, machine-applied re-close zippers, true block bottom or distinctive “quad-seal” stand-up packs.
