Aimed at the confectionery, snackfood and piece goods markets Masek Packaging and Processing Machinery's high speed “Twinner” VC 250 continuous motion vertical form, fill, seal machine offers a variety of bag shapes with production speeds of up to 300 bags/min.
Now available for the first time in the UK and Ireland, the Twinner features twin rotary cross-sealing jaws independently driven by two separate servos, yet with the same rotary axes. Bag lengths can be varied from 100mm to infinity and widths range from 50-250mm. The machine has been in production in mainland Europe since the mid-1990s successfully running sweets, snacks, peanuts, powders, biscuits and hardware items. Several machines have also been delivered to the US, Canada and the Philippines.
