Azlon improves closures

19 April 2004

The Bibby Sterilin division of Azlon has updated the closures on its slope shoulder wash bottle and wide neck containers to offer users a more attractive appearance, better value and higher performance.

Azlon has produced its own mould to make the closures in-house, giving it improved production, quality and delivery control and enabling it to offer lower minimum order quantities and more colours.

All wide neck bottle closures form an airtight, leak-proof seal, with large knurling for added grip. The 38mm polypropylene neck is easier to turn, sliding round the neck more smoothly, and sealing in fewer turns.

The new narrow mouth washbottle cap's solid single-piece construction allows the spout to form a better seal, while turning and tightening is said to be effortless, with less strength needed to open/re-seal.
