A case erector designed to minimise machine jams has been developed by Lantech.
The C1500 addresses problems that can be caused by defective or irregular cases, the mechanical process of case opening and the transportation of the case out of the machine. Its solution lies in features such as a pneumatic pickup and holding frame with two-panel grip, stationary flap folding and dual belt-driven exit.
Changeovers are made simple with hand wheels to precisely adjust case dimensions, while an ergonomic design also allows easy loading of blanks.
