CDF Corporation’s first division outside of America, CDF Europe, has become the new owner of Swiss company Flexipack and has set up its European headquarters at Lamone, Switzerland.
CDF Europe will manufacture and market Cheertainer UN, claimed to be Europe’s ‘first’ UN certified bag in box. It comes in 5 litre, 10 litre and 20 litre sizes and can be used for international transport of some hazardous goods.
The Lamone facility will also produce the ‘premiere’ line of Cheertainer bag in boxes and distribute pillow bags and IBC (1,000 litre) liners to the EU market.
CDF Corporation is active in markets including food and beverage, chemicals and petrochemicals, paints and coatings and adhesives.
CDF Europe’s Managing Director is Laura Beechwood; Michael Watson, former Sales Manager for Northern Europe for Flexipack, is now Director of Sales; and Marco Dariol is Director of Operations and Technical Director.
