Agency angst

7 October 2002

Yet another machinery agency has stared the grim reaper in the face, this time with fatal consequences. Ballinger Rawlings has announced it has gone into voluntary liquidation closing down both its shrinkwrap and film sealing machinery distribution and plastics film conversion plant, according to its advertising agency MJMarketing.

A new company has formed to take care of the Beck Packautomaten account. Healey Packaging is headed by former director Richard Healey. Other BR directors Clive and Chris Rawlings will not be involved. Joisten & Kettenbaum, Sfere, Akebono, Cybutec and Ripack may now be looking for new agents.
