ACCELERATING BEVERAGE INNOVATION

'Accelerating Innovation' is the theme for this year's InnoBev Global Beverages Congress on 25th to 26th April in Frankfurt, with an emphasis on the rapid growth potential of emerging markets such as iced tea and coffee, energy and sports drinks, wellness and functional drinks.

"There are so many fast track opportunities with a particular focus on adults, health, ethics and sustainability," commented Richard Hall, Chairman of Zenith, the global food and drink experts organising the event.  "There is new common ground in the pursuit of more personalised and naturally crafted solutions.  Smaller niche companies are providing a lot of the new impetus."

Bringing together world market leaders and cutting edge innovators alongside industry advisers, the Congress programme features:

  • over 20 speakers from the United States, seven European countries, India and China
  • major industry players Arla, Coca-Cola, Nestlé and Tata
  • ground breaking ideas from multi-sensory perception and new food technology to coffee fruit and zero proof spirits
  • the 2017 InnoBev Global Beverage Awards at a gala dinner on 25th April.

"We've chosen Frankfurt as being a central point in Europe and couldn't offer more convenience than a stylish hotel right inside the airport," added Richard Hall.  "I hope everyone will come away with a host of ideas and challenges to explore for future growth in their own business."

Full programme details are available at www.zenithglobal.com/events.  Discounted rates are offered on all bookings received by 10th March.
