A diamond among salads

24 July 2003

Anson Foodservice has launched a range of salad bowls with a 'spork' option for most salads.

The four differently sized bowls are thermoformed in APET, with tapered sides that form a helix.

This pattern is repeated in the shallower lid, which rises to produce a diamond shaped flat boss that can be used for labelling as well as facilitate stacking.

Each bowl features a hinged lid that makes a leak-proof seal when closed.

Customers are given the option of supplying sporks thanks to two moulded lugs inside the lid that allow a spork to be clipped in place.
