Serac Group is to unveil its new ultra-clean blow moulding-filling-capping system, Combox H2F, at the Drinktec show in Munich, 16-20 September 2013.
Targeting the dairy sector, the Combox H2F is particularly suited to medium-size dairy-product manufacturers and lower-volume companies operating in developing countries, according to the France-based machinery manufacturer.
Specifically designed for dairy bottle production, the Combox H2F operates at a volume not exceeding 12,000 bottles/hr.
“This innovation opens up new perspectives for lower-speed manufacturers of dairy products,” the company says, “as they are able to blow mould bottles in house – something previously reserved for high-speed, high-volume manufacturers.”
Serac has 40 years' experience in aseptic packaging, and the Combox H2F incorporates a Highly Hygienic Filler (H2F) that meets the hygiene requirements of cold-chain dairy products.
According to the company, the new machine offers a competitive advantage since the focus during the design phase was on integrating the company’s latest aseptic filling innovations and on controlling costs.
The Combox H2F will be on display on the Serac booth (Hall A6/ 334) at the Drinktec trade fair in September.
