Puddings with passion from LillyPuds

10 August 2018

LillyPuds is renowned for its light and delicious traditional and gluten free Christmas puddings that are packed full of the best hand-selected ingredients, and now for 2018, it has created a brand new range of artisan treats which include its new Fairtrade pudding, Plum Pudding with damson gin, Vegan Christmas Pudding and two gorgeously gooey sticky toffee puddings.

The new Fairtrade pudding is made in the traditional way and chock full of plump and tasty Fairtrade vine fruits. The new Fairtrade Pudding is available in 2 x 120g and 454g (£8.75, £12.95). The new plum pudding is a deliciously rich combination of fruit, stout, prunes, walnut and apple with an added kick from the damson gin (454g - £12.75).

The new vegan pudding has been developed due to the growing demand for vegan alternatives. As with all LillyPuds Christmas puddings, it is rich in fruit, contains less sugar, has no mixed peel and is blended with brandy and chockwork orange beer. It is also gluten free and comes in a 454g size.

The new sticky toffee apple pudding is a departure for the small, artisan producer. Recognising the need to offer something different to those who don't eat traditional Christmas pud, the sticky toffee apple pudding is made using sultanas, cider, cinnamon and apples with a delicious toffee sauce. It's the perfect end to an autumn meal or fabulous festive alternative. LillyPuds will also be producing the all-time favourite, sticky toffee pudding available with extra sticky toffee sauce.

To complete the range for 2018, LillyPuds is also offering a salted caramel sauce and a brandy butter; both are delicious accompaniments to its range of tasty Christmas puddings.
