LillyPuds Rolls Out New Allergy-Friendly Puddings

13 August 2019

Bringing something new to the Christmas pudding category, LillyPuds has created two puddings for special diets this festive season.

Renowned for its light and delicious award-winning traditional and gluten free Christmas puddings, artisan producer, LillyPuds, has extended its range even further this year with an Alcohol Free Christmas pudding and one Without Nuts.

Adapted from the original, tried and tested LillyPuds recipe which has become a Christmas favourite for so many, the new variants bring the same delicious flavours and quality ingredients you would expect, whilst appealing to a broader spectrum of consumers who want to enjoy this traditional pudding during the festive season.

“Last year we launched our Vegan and Gluten Free puddings, this year we wanted to broaden our customer base further. The Alcohol-Free and Without Nuts puddings mean we now offer something for everyone, whatever their allergies or dietary requirements,” explains Alison Lilly, founder of LillyPuds.

The new alcohol-free Christmas pudding combines all the LillyPuds usual premium ingredients with fruit juice and a zero alcohol beer for flavour, whilst the new Without Nuts pudding uses the premium recipe without the ground almonds. They are available in 454g, RRP £12.75.

This year also sees the introduction of the 2 x 120g (RRP £8.75) for vegan and gluten free customers who want individual portion sizes.

Alongside the new products, LillyPuds continues to produce its award-winning Traditional Christmas Pudding, Fairtrade pudding and award-winning Plum Pudding with Damson Gin.
