BAMA WELCOMES 9TH NEW ASSOCIATION MEMBER OF 2017

The British Aerosol Manufacturers’ Association (BAMA) has welcomed its 9th new member to the association this year – Springfield Solutions, a brand management, digital print and interactive media provider based in East Yorkshire, joined BAMA in June taking the total number of members to 84.

It follows a five year period of sustained growth in the aerosol sector during which BAMA has welcomed an increasingly diverse range of companies to its ranks and forged new links with sister trade associations across the world including the Aerosol Association of Australia, with whom a reciprocal cooperation agreement was signed in March this year.

Amy Falvey, BAMA Membership Manager, said: “It is extremely encouraging to see such an active interest from industry in BAMA membership and is evidence of the wide range of services the association provides for businesses, ranging from component manufacturers to fillers and marketers.

“I am delighted to welcome Springfield Solutions on board as a member. As BAMA’s first member in the labelling sector it is indicative of our increasingly broad membership base.

“I have no doubt that we will continue to welcome a diverse range of member companies on board throughout the years ahead as we see industry rising to the challenge of complex market conditions and increasing consumer demand for products in aerosol packs.”

Other new members that have joined BAMA in 2017 include: Grundon Waste Management, a supplier of integrated waste management and environmental solutions; Lemonpath Contract Packing and Logistics, a contract packer and logistics company based in Leicester;  Sarten Packaging, a tinplate can manufacturer from Turkey; Lisam Systems Ltd, a supplier of Safety Data Sheet authorising software and consultancy services; Emissco, a UK aerosol filling manufacturer; Melpass Ltd a UK manufacturer and global supplier of industrial cleaning and maintenance chemicals; Exponent International, an engineering and science consultancy; and brand owner and retail supplier,  Airpure International Ltd.
