Job Title: Production Manager

Experienced supervisor or manager looking to join expanding company that offers promotion to board level.

Salary and Benefits: £30,000- £35,000, OTE £32-37K + health Scheme + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire, South Coast.

Commutable Locations: Southampton, Crawley, Basingstoke, Swindon, Newbury, Croydon, Reading. GU30 7PQ

The company are an independent supplier of packaging products specifically for delicate items including protection from handling, transport and climate hazards.

Job Specification:

The role is to manage 3 production supervisors on a single shift system. You will be required to drive the growth and development of the production department, operating efficiencies, budgeting controls and full labour and plant performance.

Requirements:

You must have experience of working within a production department as a production supervisor or manager. Knowledge of the packaging industry would be useful, however not essential. You must be a hands on individual and have an understanding of spreadsheets.
