<b>Norprint Labelling Systems
Chris Allen</b> has joined Norprint Labelling Systems in Boston, UK as operations manager for the company's Systems Division, where he will be responsible for the projects department and its team of mobile engineers. His team will develop, implement and maintain thermal printers and label applicators nationwide for customers from the food, pharmaceutical and many other commercial and industrial sectors. The company has also appointed retail operations and security specialist <b>Paul Burrows</b>, who joins from Asda's George Clothing, to head up its retail security development arm.

<b>O-I</b>
O-I, the glass and healthcare packaging specialist and speciality closure system manufacturer, has a new president for its Asia Pacific operations. <b>Greg W. Ridder's</b> career includes more than 20 years' experience with ACI Packaging, which was acquired by O-I in 1998, in areas including accounting, finance, strategic planning and business development.

<b>Motoman Robotics (UK)
Dave Walsh</b> has been appointed sales and marketing director of Motoman Robotics (UK), the Banbury-based subsidiary of Sweden's Motoman AB, which markets throughout Europe the range of articulated-arm robots manufactured by Yaskawa Electric Corporation in Japan. Walsh has spent the past 10 years as sales manager of a major UK competitor.

<b>Kiwiplan Europe</b>
Growing European success for Kiwiplan Europe has prompted the software supplier to the corrugated industry to appoint <b>Stefan Nedbal</b> as general manager of its German office in Walldorf. Responsible for continuing to strengthen Kiwiplan's customer-oriented focus, the new incumbent has over 15 years' experience of the European corrugated, litho laminated and folding carton sector.

<b>CSi UK</b>
Recent expansion has seen conveying, robotics and palletising equipment specialist CSi UK move to larger premises in Chester (T: +44 (0)1244 341298), with the promotion of <b>Phil Griffiths</b>, who joined the company in 2002, to general manager.

<b>Budelpack March</b>
Budelpack March, the leading food co-packer for brand owners in the FMCG market, has enhanced its sales team with the appointment of <b>Jeff Parry</b> as national account manager. Parry, who has already served as the company's project manager, will focus on establishing new customer partnerships and developing existing ones.

<b>Heidelberg</b>
Former Jagenberg salesman <b>Paul Thompson</b> has joined Heidelberg in the newly created role of product manager – Packaging and Labels Finishing Systems. Reporting to Postpress business executive Mark Hogan, Thompson worked for Jagenberg UK for 14 years prior to its sale to Heidelberg and, having subsequently sold Hiber & Schroeder window patching machines for Box-pro, is well versed in both cartons and finishing.
