Tape manufacturer Payne has made key appointments for China. Graham Goodwin-King becomes China market director and Wu ‘Ellen’ Xiuju has been recruited as sales manager for China. She will work at Payne’s Beijing office alongside fellow sales manager Li BingJun, who will now focus on the tobacco category.
