Jacques Azancot has become chairman of the board of directors at Cermex , based at the headquarters near Dijon. He is the successor to Bernard Broye who is retiring, but will continue his position on the supervisory council. Mr Azancot will also manage the subsidiaries of the Cermex group, Cermex OC in Lisieux, specialists in shrink wrapping machines, as well as the sales subsidiaries in the UK and US. Previously, he was managing director of Ets Georges Renault and Fimec.
