Tyler Packaging, a specialist supplier of flexible packaging for human food, pet food and garden products, is expanding its sales operations into Scandinavia, Russia and other countries.
According to the Warwickshire, UK-based company, the move follows an array of new orders from Eastern Europe and interest in the product portfolio.
Adam Kay, Tyler Packaging sales and technical director, says: “Our supply and distribution network has developed a great deal in the last couple of years and the demand for premium packaging in the emerging commercial markets of Eastern Europe has increased.”
The company’s research found that Scandinavia, Russia and Ukraine – where the initial orders have been won – showed “the greatest demand” for its products.
Tyler Packaging supplies patented technology such as Slide-Rite sliders, laser scribing, easy open, flat base pouches and numerous other flexible packaging options such as laminated pouches, laminated bags and sacks, and laminated BOPP/PP woven sacks.
