The company, which boasts more than 6,000 systems installed across more than 120 countries, already has two well established manufacturing sites in Australia and China, and says the new 50,000sqft facility creates a strategic site closer to its European customers, reducing lead-times and “further enhancing” the company’s service.
“Product output is expected to reach 30% of all Tna’s capital equipment from around the world,” the company says.
The new Tna Hub will provide employment for around 65 people locally.
“Annual cash injection in the region is set to reach £15 million per annum, and is projected to double in the next three to five years,” the company says.
As part of Tna’s global expansion strategy, the opening of the new European Manufacturing Hub represents one of a number of office openings planned by the company in 2013.
