Protective packaging specialist Storopack has strengthened its Asia presence with the opening of a new location in Pune, India.
According to the Germany-headquartered company, the move is part of a company strategy to gain footholds in developing markets.
Storopack already counts renowned national and international companies, with subsidiaries in India, among its clients.
Storopack’s new 210m² space in Pune consists of offices and a workshop for equipment maintenance and repair, as well as a showroom in which key products are presented.
The location is being operated by five staff under Diplin Kalra, and in the launch phase will be offering the company’s AIRplus and PAPERplus products, with FOAMplus and other system integration services following later.
