Shuttleworth show its latest MIS developments for carton manufacturers at Packaging Innovations 2015

Shuttleworth, the UK's leading supplier of Management Information Systems to the packaging industry, will be showing the latest developments to its powerful integrated MIS package at the Packaging Innovations Exhibition to be held at the NEC in Birmingham on the 25 & 26 February 2015.

Providing a perfect showcase for Shuttleworth's recent MIS developments, the stand will be used to demonstrate the ultimate MIS tool for customer focused carton manufacturers.

Designed to maximise opportunities with customers and prospects alike, Shuttleworth's MIS package Production Planning system will be demonstrated. This gives 'real time' feedback directly from the shop floor, giving crucial information and control for the modern packaging environment.

Also on display will be Shuttleworth's Product Management functionality which is designed to help the workflow process. Multiple products or items can be added to a single 'Enquiry' and the system produces a single quote. This is ideal for managing different types of work ensuring that several orders can be easily managed and tracked as a single enquiry if required.

Other enhancements on display at Packaging Innovations include:-

- The new Job tracking functionality 'Milestones', this makes it quick and easy to view the status of any job as it progresses throughout the business.

- The latest Production Scheduling module, including the exciting new option for automating the whole production planning process.

- A new 'Mobile Stock app', allows users to update stock transactions using a mobile device with bar code scanning if required.

- A fully integrated CRM package, which includes a mobile app enabling anyone working remotely to access and update vital information.

Dawn Safford, Marketing Executive at Shuttleworth stated, "We are aiming to use this occasion to inspire the packaging industry by providing new MIS developments and solutions that can be used to help customers. We will show how delivering powerful technical solutions improves efficiencies, reduces administration and costs, thereby increasing profit."
