Scholle Corporation and Netherlands-based IPN have jointly announced an agreement to combine their businesses to form a new diverse performance packaging company.
Employing over 2,000 people globally, the combined IPN/Scholle entity will provide performance-based packaging solutions from its multiple manufacturing locations in North America, Europe, Australia, Latin America, China, and India to the world’s largest brands.
IPN (Innovative Packaging Network)) is known for the innovative design and high-quality manufacture of packaging solutions entailing various types of flexible packaging components including connectors, spouts and pumps for pouches and bag-in-box systems.
IPN has been successful in developing and supplying a novel range of packaging products for the infant formula sector.
Through its packaging group Scholle Packaging, Scholle Corporation is known as the largest and most diverse provider of bag-in-box solutions world-wide.
Scholle’s global footprint, its focus on aseptic packaging solutions and filling equipment, and its innovative dispensing fitments have made it a leading force in food, beverage, and non-food bag-inbox packaging.
