RPC announces M&H Group restructure Following RPC Group’s acquisition of M&H Plastics at the end of 2013, RPC Manuplastics will now be amalgamated with M&H Plastics under the M&H Group umbrella.
RPC says Manuplastics is the leading UK company specialising in the design and manufacture of high quality injection moulded containers for the personal healthcare, food and pharmaceutical industries.
With effect from 1 April 2014, Manuplastics will report into M&H, with the company site in Wimbledon, Greater London continuing to operate as a manufacturing and service support unit.
“The new structure strengthens the customer offering enabling M&H Group to provide both bespoke and a truly comprehensive product portfolio of light-, medium- and heavyweight jars to brands across the world,” the company says.
“This amalgamation increases the ability to provide extended value to customers through M&H Plastics’ print and decoration facilities as well as leveraging the combined presence in the local, national and multinational markets.”
