RLC Packaging Group recently became the new owner of Aug. Heinrigs Druck + Verpackung based in Aachen, Germany.
The move is said to have created Germany's largest family-led folding box manufacturer, with annual sales of €120 million.
The deal has strengthened RLC’s Confectionery business unit. Aug. Heinrigs’ beauty and pharmaceuticals activities will be integrated into existing RLC businesses.
The production site adds to RLC-run factories in Hanover, Berlin, Aachen and Posznan, Poland.
