Cosmetic packaging provider Quadpack is now offering Korean manufacturer Apollo’s range of foamers customised to individual brands.
Using bespoke moulds, the company says new shapes can be created to complement brands aimed at the child and baby care market, in order to help encourage children to wash their hands.
“Foamers are ideal for liquid soap formulas developed for children,” said a company statement. “Washing with foam means less mess and more fun, especially when dispensed from a pump that looks exciting, wacky or cute.”
Customised bottle shapes can be manufactured to fit the actuators.
“With a relatively low MOQ and quick development time, launching your own shaped foamer has never been easier,” the company said.
In May 2011, Quadpack signed an exclusive contract with leading Korean manufacturer Apollo to distribute its range of dispensers in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The company is also the exclusive distributor of Korean airless pack manufacturer Yonwoo.
