An excellent career development opportunity has arisen to join a flagship, state of the art, printing and laminating, flexible packaging manufacturing site, in the Lódz region, which employs c100 people. Part of a major international packaging group, the site is entering an exciting stage of development which will result in increased product complexity, higher added value and further growth. We are looking for a high achiever who can expect to assume full Plant Management responsibility within 1 – 2 years.

Reporting to the Site Director, you will initially provide support in the management of Production, Quality, and Engineering functions, in this heavily invested plant. You will assist in providing decisive leadership to achieve plant goals and company objectives, whilst creating an atmosphere of team working, focussing on adding value for customers and the company, through a commitment to driving and achieving manufacturing excellence in all operational areas.

We are looking for a dynamic, printed flexible packaging professional with strong technical expertise and the tenacity and vision to deliver continuous improvement at the plant, through the utilisation of leading edge manufacturing tools and techniques as well as a practical, hands-on approach.

Of graduate calibre, you will have demonstrable ability to improve productivity within a printing or packaging conversion facility, through the development of a team based, continuous improvement manufacturing culture. Fluency in Polish and English is essential. Experience in an international business and willingness to travel is preferred. Commercially astute and customer driven, you will be an outstanding communicator and presenter capable of providing strong and highly visible leadership to an enthusiastic and highly committed team.
