Print and converting among Packaging Innovations events

9 January 2014

Next month sees three shows in one as Print Innovations co-locates with Labelling Innovations, and the launch of Converting Innovations as part of the all-embracing Packaging Innovations event on 26-27 February at the NEC, Birmingham, UK.

Exhibitors at Print Innovations will include Xeikon, HP Indigo, Esko, Epson, DuPont UK, CS Labels, Rako-Group FFEI, Dantex Graphics and Intec Printing Solutions.

Event Director Alison Church remarks: "The show provides an invaluable opportunity for suppliers of machinery, equipment and technology for converting print and labelling, to showcase their innovative new products and meet big brand-owners, retailers and marketers all looking to create that all-important, 'on-pack' inspiration."

The event will include free-to-attend learnShops seminars, with expert and case study speakers spanning the world of print and packaging. Among the speakers will be label expert Mike Fairley, and Andy Barnetson, director of packaging affairs at the Confederation of Paper Industries (CPI) Corrugated Sector.

New to 2014 is the 3D Print Feature, while The BIG Print Debate will again bring industry experts together to discuss the crucial issues in the print world.

In all, there will be seven co-located shows: Packaging Innovations, Ecopack, Contract Pack, Packtech, Print Innovations, Labelling Innovations and Converting Innovations. They will be previewed in the February issues of Converting Today and sister publication Packaging Today.
