Paragon Labels has opened a dedicated non-food labels facility it says will provide a “service model of excellence” in healthcare, personal care, promotional, automotive, agrochemical, beverage and household market sectors.

The company’s new purpose-built facility in Boston, Lincolnshire, offers high quality label solutions with full in-house design, reprographics and inventory stock management, conforming to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, BRC IOP, PS 9000, FSC and PEFC chain of custody – underlining the company’s “ongoing commitment to the environment and quality management processes”.

Paragon Labels’ Non Food Division sales & marketing director Rick Smith says: “Our reputation for quality and service is unrivalled in the fresh & chilled food sector. We are excited by the opportunity to provide the Paragon service model in non-food market sectors.”

Studio compliance with ISO 12647 colour system protocols ensures consistency across packaging formats and substrates, while camera inspection and proof checking systems provide a guarantee of product compliance and consistent quality.

Label products including Booklet, Gatefold, Security, Tamper Evident, Variable Data and Multilayer can be produced using either UV Flexographic or Digital print processes to deliver the most cost effective quality assured products for customers.

“We will focus on customer requirements to deliver products and services that consistently add value and reduce cost,” says Smith.

With eight manufacturing facilities in the UK, Paragon Labels – a division of the Paragon Print & Packaging Group (turnover in excess of £170 million) – claims to be Europe’s Largest Self Adhesive Label manufacturer.

The Group is a leading UK manufacturer of packaging products in the food, beverage, personal care, household and healthcare retail market sectors.
