Packaging machine manufacturer Oystar Group has sold its process division that serves the pharmaceuticals industry to Bosch to allow it to focus on primary and secondary packaging.
“Oystar will concentrate on packaging machines for the food, dairy, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries,” says Oystar CEO Tom Graf.
Bosch acquires Hüttlin, of Schopfheim, Germany, a manufacturer of installations for drying and granulation; and Manesty, based in Knowsley, UK, specialist in tablet compressing and coating machines.
