Optima Group (Germany) has acquired the brand of Doyen Medipharm, a company specialising in converting and packaging machines with facilities in Florida, UK, and Malaysia. The Doyen staff will be employed by the Optima Group.
Optima is a global manufacture of filling and packaging machines, with divisions covering the nonwoven, pharma, consumer and Life Science sectors.
“This acquisition of Doyen Medipharm will benefit and enhance the entire life science division of Optima,” says current Optima life science managing director, Juergen Feyerherd.
