New Chlorine-free, compostable, FSC certified baking parchment from Bunzl Catering Supplies
Bunzl Catering Supplies has added a new line of baking parchment cutterboxes to its Exclusive Brand, Good 2 Go range of tamper-proof packaging and wrapping solutions. The compostable brown paper is chlorine-free and made from FSC certified paper, with a silicon coating allowing caterers to bake without the need for additional oil. The baking parchment cutterboxes are available in 30cm x 75m or 45cm x 75m rolls.
With the market for artisanal bread expected to grow by 14%, artisanal cakes by 5% and artisanal pastries by 15% between 2014 and 2019, the business has developed the baking parchment to be suitable for any baked product.
Using Good 2 Go Baking Parchment ensures the final baked product won't stick to the pan or tray and allows for an easier clean up, as the paper can just be disposed after use. In addition to baking, the parchment can be used for lining storage containers and even for creating icing bags.
The baking parchment joins Good 2 Go Aluminium Foil and Good 2 Go Cling Film in a range which provides caterers with a cost effective, tamper-proof food wrapping solution that sits neatly on top of worktops with disposable blades for easy dispensing.
In addition to the cutterbox solutions, the Good 2 Go range includes a refillable Wrapmaster system for film and foil dispensing. The effortless and tangle-free dispensers are made from an easy to clean and robust plastic casing, with no-slip feet that can be detached for simple cleaning. A protected stainless steel cutting system allows for easy cutting through the patented push down cutting head.
