Mondi Industrial Bags’ new Green Range brings together products that are said to save resources, reduce waste and cut a user’s environmental footprint: one-ply bags, biodegradable bags and forestry certified bags.
The One one-ply paper bag at110gsm is offering up to 20% lower grammage, less waste and cost savings said to be ‘tangible’. Suitable for high-speed filling, the porosity of the paper ensures quick de-aeration of the bag, while the strength and stiffness of the paper ‘guarantee a smooth application on the filling spout and high handling resistance of the filled bag’, states Mondi.
With the Terra Bag - the ‘first biodegradable valve bag with certified compostability’ - fillers can select the best version for their equipment and logistics.
Bags with the logos of the Forest Stewardship Council and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification, denote raw material comes from sustainably managed forests.
