MINTON SPRING WATER FOUNDERS ENTER JUICE & SMOOTHIE CATEGORY WITH PRESSCRIPTION

NEW ORGANIC, COLD PRESS JUICE BRAND LAUNCHED TO MEET DEMAND FOR LOW-SUGAR, NATURAL & PURE JUICES

The family behind Minton Spring Water has entered into the juice and smoothie category with the launch of Presscription. This new premium drinks brand produces 100% raw, organic, unpasteurised and cold-pressed juices and nut mylks that are designed to aid health and wellbeing.

Presscription's range is available nationwide from the company's website and is delivered direct to consumers. The products can be purchased individually to add a healthy boost to daily diets or bought as a course for cleansing . The menu features six juices, two nut mylks and two booster shots, with each 500ml Presscription bottle containing over 1kg of organic produce in uncompromised liquid form.

Presscription aims to secure a share of the £492 million juice and smoothie category by tapping in to demand for low-sugar, pure and natural drinks that deliver health, fitness, nutritional and beauty benefits. The range has been formulated by an expert team of nutritionists, chefs and holistic and homeopathic practitioners, creating a product unlike anything else on the market.

Minton Spring Water is renowned for delivering a premium product in a highly competitive market through its relentless focus on taste, quality and service. The Minton Family sold the company in August 2012 and through Presscription, will now apply this winning formula to the juice and smoothie market.

The brand uses only the finest cold-pressed machines to retain the goodness inside the natural ingredients that fill every bottle. Unlike commonly used centrifugal and masticating juicers, which heat and oxidise the juice, degrading its nutritional value, Presscription's production method extracts all the nourishing elements from the organic produce.

If fruit is present it is at a ratio of 20% fruit to vegetables, keeping sugar levels low. The juices are overflowing with beneficial and readily digestible vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes with absolutely nothing added: no sugar, sweeteners, water, preservatives or anything artificial.

The limited shelf life of the Presscription range is a guarantee of its freshness and quality. Every bottle is made from glass, ensuring that there is absolutely no contamination of the juice by the packaging, which can occur with some plastics.

Mitch Minton, Presscription Founder says: "This is an exciting new venture for the Minton family, following the success of Minton Spring Water. Presscription juices are organic, cold pressed, low-sugar and completely natural, meeting the burgeoning demand for drinks that deliver health, fitness, nutritional and beauty benefits.

"Like Minton Spring Water, we believe the brand will quickly find success in the UK market by providing a unique offering for British consumers looking for the best quality products in the juice and smoothie category."

Presscription delivers throughout the UK, with next day delivery outside of London and evening delivery inside London. The team aim to fit in with the customers' day, delivering before and after work to ensure that the juices stay as fresh as possible.

Presscription juices and cleanses are available to order online via www.presscription.co.uk. The RRP of one to seven day cleanse options are priced accordingly, starting from £65 for one day through to £375 for seven days.

NOTES

1) For the best results, Presscription recommends a cleanse once a month to keep the body at optimum health. By incorporating juice cleansing into the diet, users can help to return the body to a natural alkalized state. High levels of acidity gives rise to an internal environment conducive to disease, balancing this out can boost the immune system and keep bodies healthy and strong.
