Linpac Packaging’s new bakery packaging range is aimed at the UK market.
Linbake products are suitable for cakes, biscuits, bread and gateaux.
They include ‘crystal clear’, hinged cake boxes, bases and lids in APET and post-consumer recyclate RPET. These come in a choice of square, rectangle, circular and heart shapes, with standard and airtight closure options to ensure contents stay fresher for longer. Bases are available in clear, black, cream or raspberry colours and can be supplied with a variety of portion control systems for profiteroles, truffles or multiple cakes.
The Bakery Bags, supplied in pre-made sizes or on the reel, have a ‘rustic’ look and feel, and ‘excellent’ protective properties, says Linpac. Available with or without a 60mm or 80mm window panel, the bags can be printed 6-colour.
The SmartBox is a cake box with ‘a touch of luxury’, equally suitable for in-store patisseries assembling gateaux and cakes in front of customers and for pre-packed items.
For industrial producers, there are rigid clear and tinted trays in APET for flow-wrapping applications in both printed and clear films.
