FINAT, the international association for the self-adhesive label industry, is calling for papers for its 2014 Technical Seminar, which will run from 5-7 March next year.
The Netherlands-based organisation describes each of its last three seminars as “a major success”, attracting around 200 delegates each time.
The 2014 Technical Seminar event will again be staged at the Fira Palace Hotel in Barcelona, Spain, and will examine the theme of ‘Redesigning the label’.
FINAT President, Kurt Walker, says: “The self-adhesive label industry is constantly evolving, and self-adhesive materials remain the most versatile option for product decoration.”
The 2014 FINAT event will, says Walker: “Review the current technology and market for self-adhesive labels, as well as the latest trends regarding raw materials, label construction, printing, converting and applications for self-adhesive labels.”
